(2A ARMAMENT – Office Expansion) Permit is to expand an office into the existing conditioned warehouse. This existing tenant approved for occupancy under BLD11-01227 will enlarge the office area to 1,960 square feet and decrease the fabrication area to 7,526 square feet. Work is to include: construction of new interior non-bearing walls to define two new offices and a new mechanical closet, installation of a new lighting, installation of new accessible door / hardware, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
