This building is required to have a fire sprinkler system because it is a high-rise building. To remodel portions of an existing tenant space located on the 9th story and 10th story of the Wells Fargo Building. This tenant space has a total floor area of about 30,266 square feet (15,133 square feet per story). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. The restrooms located on each story will be upgraded to be more accessible to the disabled. The existing door hardware throughout this tenant space will be replaced with lever hardware. In conjunction with this permit, the fire sprinkler heads throughout both stories will be replaced with quick-response heads. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
