This extensive remodel project is to include the select interior partition work to relocate the existing stair to basement with a code complying stair, the removal of the partition supporting the roof at the new stair location and replace with beam as attached. Proposed is the replacement and updating of egress windows from the basement. There will be a new window installed in place of an existing door from the old stair area and the placement of a large window in the new great room with patio doors.
