This project is for the interior upgrade to an existing single family dwelling. The project will include the placement of firring strips to the exterior walls to allow for electrical and insulation. The attic bedroom area will be re-insulated also using the minimum best methods. Air barrier is required at the attic knee walls. R-1C ok per Sue Cummings. Separate electrical permit is required.
