(STAT PADS) To remodel two existing spaces for one tenant. The first space has 1,232 square feet. The second space has a total of 1,763 square feet. Both spaces combined have a total of 2,995 square feet and are located in an existing 10,958 square foot building constructed under BLD06-00102. Work to include: Demo select interior doors and walls per plans; infill a wall opening per plans; construct new interior walls to create a two new accessible restrooms, offices, conference room, storage room, break room, entry, and an open office room; install new interior doors and associated hardware per plans; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a service sink; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; Installation of a suspended ceiling system; install new entry store front glazing; installation of new lighting; and plumbing, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved prior to tenant occupying this space.
