KRAZY COUPON LADY - Fire sprinklers are used for allowable area increase. The common corridor of both floors is a 1-hour rated exit system constructed under the 1991 UBC and shall be maintained. Remodel of existing tenant space located on the second floor. Work includes select interior partition demolition, new interior wall on top of existing 1/2 wall to reduce existing tenant space size by 1,015 sq. ft. sq. ft. for a new tenant area of 3,054 sq. ft. Modify suspended ceiling grid system at new full height wall, some new finishes and millwork. Separate applications and permits are required before any modifications can be made to existing sprinkler & alarm systems as regulated by the fire department.
