To remodel a 5,787 square foot area located on the 1st story of the MSTI building to be used as a medical outpatient clinic. This area is considered to be a separate tenant space from the rest of the building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 4 single user toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. An existing exterior door will be replaced with an exterior window and wall. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
