Noted correction items include; post door to remain unlocked signage at the west main entry/exit doors and remove keyed locking hardware at the first set of vestibule doors, provide approved lever set at the kitchen exit door, relocate fire extinguisher at the second level executive offices to a normal path of travel, post signage at the pool gates, remove keyed lock at the excersise room, post building address numbers as discussed, repair EM lights at four locations.
