One classroom will be 696 square feet and one will be 514 square feet. Work is to include: construct one interior non-bearing wall, modify existing switching for independent controls requirement, modify fire alarms and sprinkler heads if necessary, and interior finishes. NOTE: This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
