Spoke with Mr. Taylor about zoning concers about the scope of the demolition work. As there is more demo required than original plan a DRH approval for the new work is required and work will halt until the matter is resolved..Staff level approval hopeful. Approved new basement/foundation wall where existing sandstone is deteriorated.. Details will be submitted neext week 10-1-2012 or 10-2 Ok per Tables R40 pep
