This project is for the remodel of and addition to an existing 1960s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. The project will include the placement of 2-new egress windows in the basement and the rebuilding of the stairway to the basement to allow for the leveling of the floor area between the new kitchen and dining area. There will be a new 427s.f. upper level that is to include 2-bedrooms and a bathroom. There is to be select window and door modifications on the exterior approved through DRH12 00189 by Mathew Halitsky. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
