There was no sign above the main door stating to remain unlocked during business hours. There is not an exit light above the main door. There was an exit light located down the corridor facing the offices that can be relocated to the main door but cannot serve as the main door exit. Per the plans, there are three other doors that require exit lights, however the East door had the word "EXIT" painted on the wall above the door and the other doors had stickers. These will need to be removed and an approved exit light provided. There is an exit sticker above double doors in the wash bay that is not an exit, therefore the sticker will need to be removed. There is a missing fire extinguisher by the breakroom, there is no tag on the West wash bay extinguisher. The East wash bay extinguisher tag could not be read due to grime build up, the type of extinguisher could not be verified, and there were items stacked on top of it that will need to be removed.
