8th and Main Tower (Shell and Core) - To finish the exterior of the building including installing all building exterior walls, glazing, roofing and insulation. To finish the core areas at all floors. The core areas of all floors include stair enclosures, elevators with elevator lobby, fire service lobby, electrical room and mechanical shafts. The core areas at the 1st, 2nd and 6th thru 17th floors include men's and women's restrooms. The core areas at the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors include a bike storage room. The basement level is finished with storage rooms, electrical and communications rooms, corridors, mail rooms and security office. The 1st floor core includes entry vestibule and lobby, escalator, fire command center, exit passageway and corridors. The 2nd floor core includes a circulation area and a corridor to the Eastman garage. The 18th floor is the mechanical floor and contains all building mechanical equipment. This building is fully fire sprinklered with a full fire alarm system for high-rise provisions. Separate fire protection permits are required; as regulated by the Fire Department.
