(DECOR FURNITURE - CENTURY LANDMARK CENTER) This building will be fire sprinklered under this permit. Permit is to remodel an existing 5,965 square foot retail building. PLAN MODIFICATION 9-26-12 – Modification submitted to add partial height walls baced to structure above at 48 inch on center.**TLW** This building was originally constructed under BLD05-01431. This building had a tenant in the south end of under BLD06-00183; however, this permit will combine the building to be one large future tenant space. Work is to include: demolition of existing non-bearing partition walls, [construction of new non-bearing partition walls to create: an additional accessible restroom and a fire riser room, exterior door infills, add aluminum storefront, miscellaneous electrical, miscellaneous mechanical, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, new plumbing, and interior finishes. . This building will be fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. An additional permit though the Fire Dept is required prior to installation of any fire sprinklers or alarms.
