This remodel project is to include select interior partition work to add privacy and better access to the bathroom area. In the basemnent more partition work will split a large room inte a new family room and bedroom along with cutting the basement foundation to create 2 new egress windows. There will be a new bathroom area and framing to allow for the enclosure of the washer / dryer along with the furnace / waterheater. R-3D ok per Josh Wilson.
