Description	(ARCADE UNDERGROUND - BASEMENT) The fire sprinkler system is used to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction of the building. Permit is to change an existing 1,919 square foot lounge (Catacomb Lounge – BLD09-01425) into a new bar. The scope of work is adding a doorway to isolate this bar from the common corridor and restrooms. Scope of work includes: construction of interior non-bearing wall, installation of half-wall, installation of new accessible door / panic hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Repair the exit discharge light, repair and lower the emergency light near the main exit, repair the exit sign that exits to the egress corridor, provide annual inspection for the fire extinguisher, replace the painted upright sprinkler head and remove the pendant in the north corner of the tenant space and provide the panic hardware on the bakery side of the door that leads back into the arcade. The nuclear exit signs appear to have a stamp stating they are good until 2020. Sprinkler system annual inspection is current.
