This project is for the addition of 1216s.f. to an existing 3220s.f. single famiy dwelling. R-1B ok per Colleen Carroll. The addition will consist of a master suite on the main level and a guest bedroom and family room on the lower level. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Call Terry Records at 384-3946 there will be an above grade covered deck off of the master and concrete slab off of the family room. the center portion of the roof structure will be modified to crearte a clear story over the entry and center stairway. There will also be a new fully engineered retaining wall at the rear property line of about 50 feet in length. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked Energy through prescriptive componant method, Engineering calculations with details along with the plan review notes. pep
