Please reupload drawings in compliance with the #518 Minor Tenant Improvement Checklist and the Electronic Submittal Guide. I will email both items to you for your review. A few things that I identified with a quick review would be the minimum size plan sheet is not met with the drawings, no engineering for the foundation or floor was submitted, site plan cannot be reused due to copy wright provisions attached to previous architects plans, upload the #518 checklist, upload form #304 Register Design Proffessional Form, Upload plan waiver letter for Erosion Sediment Control, Provide a cross section identifying j-bolts and sill plate connection, and a new cover sheet with all the items that are on the cover sheet submitted.
