This project in the foot hills WUI zone is to include the removal of vinyl siding from the front of an existing single family dwelling and replace same with a faux brick type concrete insulated exterior weather protection product and the repair of; small addition to and the conctruction of a new code complying stair system to complete the connection of the rear / side / and front deck structures. The decking materials in relation to the Wildland Urban Interface requirements are still in the development stages.
