Boise Air Terminal Public Parking Garage Facility Addition - To construct a 321,055 square foot, four tier, 1,015 car, flat plate, post-tension concrete open parking garage addition with a pre-engineered metal roof canopy system and structural steel frame stair and lobby enclosures. This building is not fire sprinkled. The pre-engineered steel roof canopy is not approved under this permit. The roof canopy portion of this building project was submitted as a separate deferred submittal approved 6/13/2013. This addition is being constructed on the west end of the existing 450,715 sq. ft. open parking structure, constructed under permit BLD96-03206. This permit also included related site improvements. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM Construction of a 325,780 sq. ft., 1015- car, 4-tier, flat plate, post-tensioned, open parking structure addition to the existing Boise Air Terminal open parking structure. The addition shall be served by two existing helix-shaped up- and down- ramps. The top level of the addition is protected by a pre-engineered metal roof structure. Work includes over-roadway signage, wayfinding graphics, hydraulic elevators, landscaping, landscape irrigation, concrete and asphaltic concrete pavement, pavement marking, emergency generator, site lighting, and peripheral construction to accommodate continued site and parking access during and after construction.
