(COVENANT PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH – Toddler Restroom Remodel) This building is fire sprinklered for area increase and fire area. Permit is to add two toddler restrooms; one in a classroom and one in the nursery. Work is to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two new toddler restrooms, miscellaneous electrical, miscellaneous mechanical, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, new plumbing, and interior finishes. NOTE: This area is not approved as a “Daycare” (E occupancy). The parents must stay on site while the children are in this area. If this area is to be used as a “Daycare” (Parents drop kids off and leave) then an additional permit as well as a CUP will be required. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
