This remodel project is to include the associated interior partition work, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work to create a new bathroom in the basement of an existing single family dwelling. The project will include new windows that will be installed at aminimum of the window replacement policy attached, window wells etc. The project will also include the insulation to the basement exrterior walls.
