(UNION SQUARE APARTMENTS - POOL) Construct an in-ground 40' x 80' gunite swimming pool with a slope of 1:12 maximum, ranging from approximately 3' depth to 6' depth and construct a 8' x 8' spa with seating around the perimiter and a center depth of approximately 48". Reinforcement and wall thickness to be in accordance with reviewed plans and engineering. Site plan indicates a barrier fence of 48" height, gates and gate hardware to comply with Section 3109 & Sec. 1008.2, 2009 IBC. Equipment room for pool was constructed under BLD12-00676. The required fence barrier, egress/access gates and panic hardware shall be installed and approved for code compliance before the pool permit can be finaled for use. Plumbing fixtures, IBC Ch. 29, for pool/deck occupant load to be provided for code compliance (restrooms & fixtures for Clubhouse, BLD12-00676 can also be used as part of plumbing fixture count). Maximum occupant loads sign shall be posted for the Clubhouse (93) and the Pool/Deck area (87) which was used to establish plumbing fixture requirements. Attached plan review comments / conditions, red line notes and attached occupant load modification request approved by building official are part of the approved plans requiring compliance. drs
