BOISE BSH FREEZER- This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. The building has a current Certificate of Occupancy issued by Ada County that is on file with the City Records. Install premanufactured wall, ceiling and door components to create a walk-in freezer 14' wide by 23' long x 19' tall. To be installed in SW corner of existing 4,536 sq. ft. warehouse area. The entire 52,052 sq. ft. building is sprinklered with NFPA 13 system which is to be extended to include the new freezer unit. Separate applications, approvals and permits are required as regulated by the Boise Fire Dept. prior to any work being done on the sprinkler or alarm system. Electrical work to comply with the 2008 NEC and mechanical work with the 2009 IMC, as regulated by the applicable Boise City electrical & mechanical inspectors. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. The sprinkler system is used for allowable area increase. Separate application and permit is required for racking over 8 feet in height before installation. No racking is approved under this permit scope. drs
