Description
***8-29-2013 THIS PROJECT IS MODIFIED TO REFLECT A NEW RECORD OF SURVEY WAS APPROVED ROS13-00033 ON 6-5-2013. 8-29-2013 PEP***This project is proposed to be done in 2-phases. The first phase is to be mainly for the placement of new select footings and foundation walls to eleviate water drainage problems from the dwelling and garage area. The 2nd phase of the project is to include the final grading and landscaping / soil stabilization on the property. The 2nd phase is also proposed to remove an existing swimming pool, As this pool was constructed over property lines the owner of the adjacent property (Boise City Parks and Recreation) will need to approve the demolition / earth work / grading for their property. Possibly a hold harmless agreement would be allowed. The paperwork from the Boise City Parks and Recreation Department must be submitted prior to the issuance of this permit. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Call Jason at 384-3946. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
