This is a shell and core permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this building for occupancy. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. NO LIGHTING WORK IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. He stated this is correct so I red-lined the plans to require future permits for electrical work. Called and discussed project with Weldon Stutzman. He does not want this changed to a cold shell. We are going to leave this as a shell and core permit. He is going to call the plumbing engineer and have him contact Bill VanDeGrigt. Once we get the plumbing resubmittals if we need anything changed on the archtitectural plans Sam will let Mike Fairchild kknow, but the revised plumbing plans should be all we need.
