(IDAHO'S WORLD TRADE CENTER 9/11 MEMORIAL) Grading permit to install new sidewalks and memorial monument in Riverside Park. A portion of the concrete is in the floodplain and is approved under CFH12-00035. The foundation for the memorial was reviewed by Dan Stuart. Special inspections are required as indicated in the Statement of Special Inspections form for concrete and steel and ESR reports on Sheet S5.01. A final report from Strata, Inc. is required to be provided to the structural building inspector per Sec. 1704.1.2, 2009 IBC. Footing /Slab depth is required to be 24" below grade for frost protection as indicated on Sheet S5.01 and red-lined on plans. The Name Wall support plate dimensions listed in engineering design calcs are re-lined on plans.drs
