(ORGANIZAIONAL CONSULTANTS TO MANAGEMENT - Quail Court – Ste# 125) To remodel an existing 1,397 square foot office area. NOTE: This building is sprinklered for one hour substitution. The permit in which this space was created could not be located; however, BLD02-00992 shows this space how it exists today. The existing “island restrooms” may be required to be corrected at the time these spaces are remodeled for occupancy (depending on the scope of work. Work under this permit is to include: construction of one wall to create a 289 sq. ft. conference room, installation of new light switching, installation of new accessible hardware, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
