Please upload the required #518 Minor Tenant Improvement Submittal Requirements (Checklist) to the documents folder of this case. That checklist will indicate that your drawing must be a minimum size of 18 inches x 24 inches. That checklist will also inform you of the additional requirements that must be on the drawings, such as: key plan, code analysis, vicinity map, and door hardware. These are just a few of the additional items required to be on the drawings. I can more easily explain how to submit the drawings in a face to face meeting anytime this week. Although the checklist will appear lengthy the vast majority of the requirements will not be applicaple to you.
