Attached pool equipment storage room, and related site improvements. The occupant load for the clubhouse portion is 72 and shall be posted in a conspicuous place, near the main exit. This permit does not include the installation of the swimming pool. A separate permit is required to construct the swimming pool. All construction shall be per the approved plans, Engineering, approvals from all other reviewing departments, and the attached plan review report. This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
