(SALON EDEN) Building owner is going to be GC-- To remodel an existing 6,243 square foot building for this tenant. No exterior upgrading or new construction. All work is interior demolition and new construction. Work to include: construct new interior walls to create two new Mens and Womens accessible restrooms, a new unisex restroom, and a new office room, a new serving area, new banquet area, and new bar area; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a service sink; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire sprinkler and fire alarm system work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A separate commercial cooking fire suppression permit will be required for the type 1 exhaust hood assembly. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. NOTE: This building will be fully fire sprinklered with alarm in conjunction with this permit due to the fire area having an occupant load of 100 or more. **SRZ**
