UL Panic Hardware for controled egress from time that building was constructed is code compliant. Existing access controlled egress hardware to remain and is compliant under the original code; all new door hardware must meet current code. This building is fully fire sprinklered with an approved fire alarm system. Any modifications to the building fire protection systems will require separate permits; as regulated by the Fire Department.
