(Building #16 - RENAISSANCE APARTMENTS) To repair water damage due to the automatic fire sprinkler system activating in units 101, 201, and 301 in an existing three story apartment building. Work to include: remove and replace damaged sheetrock, insulation, and floor coverings; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; interior finishes and flooring covering; and electrical repairs. No structural repairs are allowed under this permit. The installation of smoke alarms in each unit is required and be installed per chapter 9 of the 2009 IBC. All construction shall be per chapter 34 of the 2009 IBC, the approved plans, attached plan review report, and the structural inspectors final approval. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. Note: This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13R as regulated by the Boise Fire Department."**SRZ**
