This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling that will mostly as a basement completion / remodel with some water damage repair / replacement including 2-new egress windows. the upper level worl will be mostly repair work with select interior partition work. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical permits may be required. R-2 ok per Josh Johnson. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
