This peroject is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling that will include the placement of a new spiral stairway to create interior access to the basement. The project will also include select interior framing in the basement area to create two (2) new bedrooms with code complying egress. Separate electrical and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans a smarked and the plan review notes.
