5/3/13 - ACHD confirmed drainage on Discovery and Bridger but noted that a surface connection to waters of the US exists at the intersection of Lasalle and Discovery. The burden of proof to prove there is no discharge potential is with the owner/operator. Noted this connection on the plan.
