To remodel an existing excise facility. The daycare is limited to 30 children by the conditional use permit. The 1st story will have a floor area of about 11,820 square feet. The new mezzanine will have a floor area of about 2,124 square feet. A children’s play structure will be installed. Work is to include: construction of a new stairway with handrails and additional exit signs. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
