(PAGE ONE POWER – Water Front Building – Ste # 254) - Page One Power was issued a C of O for this space under permit BLD12-02982 and prior to that BLD11-00933, an existing 10,424 square foot office tenant space. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Scope of work to include: Demo of one existing unisex bathroom per plans and construction of additional men’s and woman’s restrooms. Work to include demolition of interior nonbearing partition walls to create open break room area to allow for additional sq. footage for restrooms. Bathroom walls are interior non –bearing partition walls with hard lid installed. Finishes as per approved plan. Mechanical work to install 2 exhaust fans and associated work,, plumbing and electrical per plans. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Installation of new door / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**AJS**

Todays inspection actually turned into a more of a conference since the project related fire alarm permit is still in the REC status. Life safety will be ok to final when the project related fire alarm permit is finished, the emergency light in the stairwell is repaired and the correct hardware is installed on the restroom door. Mike wanted permission to begin installing office partitions and equipment so I deferred him to Scott for that approval. It does not appear that fire sprinkler work will be required.
