1. This site disturbs greater than an acre. Please include notification to the contractor and owner in the plan of their duty to file an NOI or LEW (if eligible). Please note that this plan does not meet the federal SWPPP requirements pursuant to section 7 of the Construction General Permit.
2. Please update the list of pollutant pollutants so that it is all inclusive. This includes but is not limited to concrete washout, fuel, oil, fertilizers, ect.
3. Please describe what BMPs will be used for temporary stabilization (in case it becomes necessary), the concrete cleanout area, material storage areas, spill prevention and control measures, and any other BMPs necessary to control potential pollutants.
4. Please include details for all BMPs proscribed. This includes a detail for the straw wattle and concrete washout.
5. Please change the type of drop inlet BMP proscribed to be installed on the public right of way. A BMP must be selected for public ROWs that does not impede vehicle or pedestrian traffic.
