This interior remodel project will be confined mainly to the kitchen area where select interior partition work will be re done to open up the kitchen area and also convert an existing bathroom into a pantry. The project will include removing one structural post from the center span of an existing beam and adding the proper size beam for the increased span. R-1C ok per Sue Cummings.
