Calvary Chapel - Thrift Store Addition and Remodel - To construct a new 1,675 square foot, one story, wood framed storage and office addition on the east side of an existing 4,850 square foot, one story, concrete tilt-up retail sales building. This permit is to also construct a new 130 square foot entry vestibule on the north side of the existing building and a 730 square foot wood trellis shade structure. This permit is also to remodel the existing retail space with new finishes, new accessible restroom, janitor closet and two changing rooms, as well as, new plumbing electrical and mechanical equipment. The remodel also includes the installation of some new exterior doors and windows and some new exterior finishes. This permit also includes all related site improvements.
