I have completed the plan review for BLD13-01079, 1506 N 23rd Street.

The application and site plan indicate a garage will be constructed but there are no building plans for it. Will you be submitting for that at a later date?

The garage wall will need to be engineered or meet the prescriptive design from chapter 4 of the IRC. Please revise the detail and include the table you are using for the design.
