This project is for the Remodel and addition to an existing 11430s.f. single family dwellling. the project is proposed to include the addition of a new master closet and the expansion of the kitchen area. As zoning approvals are done the closet and front porch are allowed to begin. the project is also to include the construction of a new 552s.f. detached garage with living space above accessed by a code complying exterior stair. The upper level will include a one half bathroom ( water closet and vanity only). Not approved for an "A.D.U." There is not approval for any 220 volt electricity to the upper level or a shower. R-1CH ok per DRH13-00118 by Matt Halitsky. Separate electrical, plumbing and ESC permits are required. The first phase ESC is to be used for this phase of the project. All per the approved plans as marked, Energy Prescriptive method, engineering details to come as project continues, along with the plan review notes. pep
