1. Please provide a complete list of potential pollutants that are expected to be present during the various phases of construction. This list should then be used to determine what BMPs are required. Please make sure to include the stucco work and sediment as pollutants. It is very common to find violations during construction related to exterior stucco washouts. It is important that the contractor and homeowner is aware of this and knows how to prevent this type of violation.
2. Please show the area of disturbance required to gain access with construction equipment to the backside of the property where the new addition and retaining wall is located.
3. Both the access to the back and the material staging area should both be included in the square footage of disturbance for the local City of Boise requirements (see definition of “construction activity” in BCC 8-17).
4. Please include a detail for the concrete washout and show the location on the map. Every structural BMP should have a detail.
5. Please show on the map any storm drains and required BMPs located on Ridgecliff lane that could receive discharges from the project. Include a description for this in the narrative. If there are no storm drains that have the potential, this is obviously is not required.
