New non rates walls will divide existing office space into 3 tenant spaces. Tenant will occupy suite 301 and the remaining square footage will be returned to landlord. The existing tenant spaces shall each get their own certificate of occupancy prior to occupancy. This building has gone through multiple upgrades to be code compliance. The proposed space will be used for office. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS**
