All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies final approvals. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for allowable area increase and has an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Racking being done under a separate permit BLD13-01232. Note: This building was built in Ada County in 1997 and annexed into Boise City on 12/31/99. SRZ
