Scope of work to include; Nonbearing interior partition walls to create one conference room, 8 offices, and one break room. A new ceiling grid will be installed. Interior finishes shall meet chapter 8 IBC. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance rated construction. Bld09-01977 created a 2,134 square foot TI shell space in the basement of the "9th Street Warehouses" with egress directly to the below grade North plaza. Restroom core was constructed under permit BLD09-01944. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**AJS**
