Spoke with Jim Conger about the retaining wall and told him that no surcharge was indicated on the in the structural calculations and if a structure was placed on the lot above that imposed a surcharge on the wall taht there was a potential for a redesign of the retaining wall or that the structure would need to be replaced far enough away from the retaining wall as not to impose a surcharge. 7-9-13 at 3:30 PM CDM
