RECIEVED CALL FROM BRAD. WANTED TO KNOW THE PROVESS FOR RESUBMITTING PLANS. I SPOKE WITH TISHA AND SINCE I HAVE NOT PLAN REVIEWED THE ORIGINAL SUBMITTAL THE REVISED PLANS CAN BE SUBMITTED UNDER THE SAME BUILDING PERMIT. THE PLAN REVIEW FEE HE PAID WOUDL BE CREDITED TOWARDS ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE PROJECT VALUATION. I DID NOT PLAN REVIEW THE 1ST SUBMITTAL AS IT FAILED PLANNING BECAUSE IT DID NOT FIT ON THE LOT. 7/22/13 AJS

spoke with Rita 6/14/13 and relayed message via voice mail to Brad's cell phone. They can re submitt under the same permit number but we will have to revise the valuation and make sure the case summary matches. Also they will need to resubmitt new site plans, construction plans, new HVAC calculations for new home.

I left you a voice mail at the cell phone number listed on your application but wanted to follow up with an email.
BLD13-01421, 6610 E. Bend Ridge Street
On 6/7/13 the planning department failed the site plan for this house. The notes indicated the street side setback will need to be 10 feet.
In meeting this requirement the home proposed in the construction plans will not fit on the lot. I will not start the plan review for this address until I hear from you on the direction you wish to follow. Please contact Leon at ###-#### in regards to any questions with the site plan.
