(NXEDGE) New warehouse tenant in a vacant shell building constructed under permit BLD07-00735. Tenant to have High Piled Storage in northern half and standard warehouse/storage on southern half. Work to include: construction of interior nonbearing walls to create two fully accessible restrooms for men/women; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a service sink; install emergency lighting, exit signs, new fire extinguishers, new exterior doors in select locations per plans, and upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing. All work shall comply with the approved drawings and all applicable codes. Racking permit being done under BLD13-01632 and reviewed under this ePlanReview case. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for (allowable area increase) with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department." **SRZ**
